A Breakfast Seminar: The Future of Connectivity in the Age of Advanced Networking, 15 Nov 2019
19 Nov2019 – SingAREN has been organising seminars to benefit the SingAREN community and members to stay in touch with the latest developments in the IT Networking industry.
On 15 Nov 2019, SingAREN collaborated with Huawei International Pte Ltd to host an exclusive breakfast seminar, with the theme “The Future of Connectivity in the Age of Advanced Networking.”
The seminar started with a breakfast reception, followed by an opening address by Prof. Lawrence Wong, President of SingAREN and Brandon Wu, Chief Technology Officer of Huawei Enterprise Business Group, Southern Pacific Region.
Three speakers from Huawei, namely Felicia Yap, Sunny Chia, and Justin Saw covered topics like “How green technology achieves advanced and high speed campus network”, “Surveil and secure your campus” and “5G is the Future”.
A total of 27participants attended the seminar. The seminar was well received with positive feedbackfrom the participants regarding the seminar topics and event logistics.
